Programs & Operations

AgentSecure is a technology-enhanced network services provider that offers market access to national carriers and real-time comparative rating for both commercial and personal lines in 48 states.

The approval process typically takes 3–5 business days after we receive your complete application and all required documentation.

Yes. Commercial Lines access requires a minimum of three years of experience selling commercial property/casualty insurance. Personal Lines access requires a minimum of one year.

No. You will write under AgentSecure’s carrier contracts. All policies will show InsureZone.com of Texas, Inc. as the Agent of Record (unless you are in the Best of Both Worlds program using your own contracts).

Your agency retains 100% ownership of the book of business. This is clearly spelled out in your Producer Agreement.

Yes. You may apply for Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both.

AgentSecure is licensed in 48 states. Not all carriers and lines of business are available in every state. Use our “Can We Write It?” tool to check availability.

The Market Access plan includes pricing for the first five users; additional users are $75/user/month. The Best of Both Worlds plan is $100/user/month.

Yes. Routine maintenance takes place after 10 PM CST on Saturdays. Not all carriers provide automated quotes 24/7.

Underwriting & Sales

Yes. Each member agency is assigned a dedicated Underwriting Account Manager.

The platform returns quotes from all eligible carriers for the submission based on your access level and the state/line of business.

The platform automatically returns quotes from all carriers for which the risk qualifies. You can choose which carrier to bind with.

Policy documents are delivered electronically through the AgentSecure platform. You can print and deliver them to your client or send them digitally.

Most transactions are handled electronically. Your Underwriting Account Manager will advise you when a signed application is required by a specific carrier.

Premium Payments & Commissions

No. All premiums must be submitted gross. AgentSecure will pay your commission on a schedule set out in your Producer Agreement.

Commissions are paid per your Producer Agreement, generally monthly after the carrier remits premium.

Yes, in most cases. Check with your Underwriting Account Manager for specific carrier requirements.

AgentSecure does not charge brokerage fees on standard business. You may charge your clients fees consistent with your state’s regulations.

Renewal commissions for existing policies will continue at the rate they were originally written. Your new business will be paid at the higher Retail rate going forward.

Carrier Logos & Advertising

Once appointed, you may use the AgentSecure logo and the logos of the carriers AgentSecure represents, subject to the usage guidelines provided in your onboarding materials.

Captive Agent Questions

All policies written under an AgentSecure carrier contract will show InsureZone.com of Texas, Inc. as the Agent of Record. Under the Best of Both Worlds program, your agency is the Agent of Record for business written under your own contract.

Under the standard Market Access program, InsureZone is the Agent of Record. Under Best of Both Worlds using your own contract, your agency name will appear.

AgentSecure does not proactively report producer relationships. However, you are responsible for reviewing your captive carrier’s contract regarding outside business activity.

That depends on your captive carrier’s policies. We recommend reviewing your captive agreement before accessing AgentSecure from a company device.

Yes, all members have access to the full roster of carriers appropriate for their access level (Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both).
