The purpose of the BOP program is to provide smaller businesses a "package" of insurance, similar to the Commercial Package Policy. The complete BOP is similar to a homeowners policy, already containing sections for property, commercial general liability and can be modified to add a wide variety of optional coverages.

Coverages that are built-in include (but are not limited to) debris removal, personal property off premises, business income, and extra expense coverages. Additionally, the BOP is not subject to soinsurance provisions and provides replacement cost coverage.

The Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance Policy is used to provide insurance coverage for a companies' statutory liability under Workers Compensation Acts for medical treatment and indemnity for disability. It also provides protection against tort liability for bodily injury to employees that falls outside of the Acts in the event the employer is sued by an employee or their family because of injury sustained on the job.

The Business Auto Coverage Form provides coverage for Owned & Leased Autos for liability and physical damage. This policy provides the protection needed by the majority of commercial operations in this country.

Professional liability insurance, also called errors and omissions insurance (E & O insurance), protects the business if sued for negligence. You may want this policy if the business provides a professional service or regularly gives advice to clients or is requested by a client to have professional liability insurance to complete a contract.

General Liability provides coverage for an insured when negligent acts and/or omissions result in bodily injury and/or property damage on the premises of a business, when someone is injured as the result of using the product manufactured or distributed by a business, or when someone is injured in the general operation of a business. The policy also covers Personal and Advertising Injurt which covers the insured for certain offenses the insured commits in the course of business, such as libel, slander, disparagement, or copyright infringement in their advertisements.
